WethosAI Partner Certification — How the Training Works

Learn how the WethosAI Partner Certification works

OVERVIEW

The WethosAI Partner Certification is a self-paced training program designed to give partners a deep, practical understanding of the WethosAI platform, the behavioral science behind it, and how to deliver the Wethos experience to their clients. The program is structured around six modules, a practice quiz, a final exam, and a live mock session — ensuring that certified partners are confident and prepared before they ever facilitate on their own.

HOW IT WORKS

Session 1: Getting Set Up

Your certification journey begins with a live onboarding session where your facilitation lead walks you through the certification suite and shows you how to navigate the modules. This session covers how the platform is structured, what to expect in each module, how assessments work, and how to make the most of the self-paced format. By the end of this session, you'll be oriented and ready to begin working through the content on your own schedule.

Self-Paced Learning: 6 Modules

The certification is organized into six modules, each covering a core area of the WethosAI platform and methodology. You work through them at your own pace — there are no deadlines or scheduled class times for the module content itself.

Each module ends with a short assessment. You need to pass the assessment to unlock the next module. This structure ensures you've absorbed the material before moving forward, and it keeps the learning progressive — each module builds on the one before it.

Practice Quiz

After completing all six modules, a practice quiz is available to help you prepare for the final exam. This is a low-stakes opportunity to test your knowledge, identify any areas where you may want to revisit the module content, and get comfortable with the format and types of questions you'll encounter on the final exam.

Final Exam

The final exam covers material from across all six modules. It is the formal assessment that determines certification. Take your time with the practice quiz beforehand — it's designed to set you up for success here.

Scheduling Support Sessions

Throughout the certification process, you can reach out to schedule one-on-one sessions with your facilitation lead to ask clarifying questions. Whether you want to talk through a concept from a specific module, discuss how to apply the material in a client context, or get guidance on exam preparation, these sessions are available to you at any point in the process. You don't have to wait until you're stuck — proactive questions are encouraged.

Final Session: Mock Facilitation and Exam Review

The certification concludes with a live final session. This session has two parts:

Mock Facilitation — You deliver a practice session as if you were facilitating with a real client. Your facilitation lead observes and provides feedback on your delivery, how you handle questions, and how effectively you communicate the WethosAI framework. This is your chance to practice in a safe environment before going live.

Final Exam Review — Your facilitation lead reviews your final exam results with you, walks through any areas that need reinforcement, and ensures you feel fully prepared to represent WethosAI as a certified partner.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

Work through the modules in order. Each one builds on the previous, and the assessments are designed to confirm you're ready for what comes next.

Don't rush past the module assessments. If you don't pass on the first attempt, revisit the material. The assessments are there to help you learn, not just to gate progress.

Use the practice quiz seriously. It mirrors the final exam format and is the best indicator of where you're strong and where you might need to review.

Schedule support sessions proactively. You don't need to have a problem to book time with your facilitation lead. Talking through the material — especially how to apply it in client conversations — deepens your understanding significantly.

Treat the mock session as a real facilitation. The more realistic you make it, the more useful the feedback will be. Come prepared as if a client were in the room.
