What is CalendarIQ?

Learn how CalendarIQ brings behavioral intelligence to your schedule by connecting meetings with Wethos Style data

CalendarIQ — Bringing Behavioral Intelligence to Your Schedule

Overview

CalendarIQ connects your everyday meetings and events with behavioral insight. It transforms your calendar from a simple scheduling tool into a strategic collaboration layer by linking event data with Wethos Styles. Users gain visibility into not just when interactions occur, but how to approach them most effectively — what communication styles to use, what preparation to do, and what dynamics to expect.

CalendarIQ integrates with connected calendar sources like Google Calendar or Outlook, pulling your meetings and events into WethosAI and enriching them with behavioral context based on the profiles of confirmed attendees.

What You'll See

CalendarIQ is organized into three main views: Dashboard, Weekly Report, and Schedule.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your daily overview. It shows:

Today's Meetings — A summary of meetings scheduled for the current day. If no meetings are scheduled, it prompts you to check your complete schedule.

Meeting Distribution — A visual breakdown of your meeting load for the current week, showing which days are heaviest and lightest.

Unscheduled Blocks — Identifies open time slots on your calendar for today and tomorrow, helping you see where you have availability for focused work or ad-hoc conversations.

Agenda Overview — A weekly summary of your total meeting time. For example, "10h 45m — Thursday is your busiest day this week." It breaks down time into categories like Busiest, Lightest, and Average meeting days.

Time Slot Occupancy — Analytics showing your total number of meetings for the week, average meeting length, average daily meetings, and the percentage of meetings that are with primary teammates versus others.

Weekly Report

The Weekly Report provides deeper analytics about your schedule patterns:

Your Top 4 People This Week — Shows the colleagues you meet with most frequently, with their Wethos Styles displayed so you can understand the behavioral dynamics of your most common interactions. Each person links to their full profile for deeper exploration.

This Week's Meetings — A list of upcoming meetings with names, times, and quick-access links.

Busiest & Lightest — Identifies your busiest and lightest days of the week with a visual indicator, helping you understand your schedule rhythm.

One-on-One Meetings — Highlights your scheduled 1:1 meetings with behavioral context for each attendee.

Self-Blocked Time — Shows what percentage of your week you've blocked for focused or personal work, helping you monitor your work-life balance and deep work capacity.

Schedule

The full Schedule view displays a traditional calendar layout (month view by default) with all your meetings and events. Each event shows the meeting name, attendees, and time. You can search by meeting name and filter by attendee to quickly find specific events.

Behavioral Intelligence Features

Pre-Meeting Insights

Before each meeting, XO analyzes the confirmed attendees and provides tailored preparation tips based on their Wethos Styles. These insights help you adjust your communication approach to be more effective with the specific people in the room.

For example, XO might suggest sending a structured agenda in advance for a colleague with a high Order score (Order 5), allowing more open-ended exploration time for a Visionary (Ideas 5) participant, leading with data and facts for someone who scores high on the Factual end of the Relational scale, or building in time for consensus for a team member with high Interpersonal energy.

These pre-meeting insights also include Advance Agenda prompts — suggested talking points or preparation actions based on the behavioral composition of the attendee group.

Post-Meeting Summaries (Coming Soon)

XO will generate concise recaps after meetings, highlighting key discussion points, recurring communication patterns, and unresolved follow-ups. This feature is designed to make debriefs more productive by surfacing patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Behavioral Context Drawer

For any meeting, you can access a deeper view of each attendee's communication preferences and potential collaboration dynamics. The Context Drawer provides richer behavioral detail than the summary insights, helping you prepare for complex or high-stakes interactions.

Strategic Scheduling

CalendarIQ bridges the gap between "when" and "how." Traditional calendars tell you what's happening and when. CalendarIQ adds the behavioral layer — telling you how to approach each interaction based on who will be there. This turns scheduling into a proactive tool for better communication, more effective meetings, and stronger working relationships.

The combination of schedule analytics (meeting distribution, time slot occupancy, self-blocked time) and behavioral intelligence (pre-meeting insights, top contacts analysis) gives you a complete picture of both the quantity and quality of your interactions.

Common Use Cases

  • Preparing for a meeting with a new colleague by reviewing their Wethos Style and XO's communication tips
  • Checking your weekly report to identify if you're meeting too frequently with some people and not enough with others
  • Using pre-meeting insights to adjust your presentation style for a specific audience
  • Monitoring your self-blocked time percentage to ensure you're protecting deep work time
  • Reviewing the behavioral composition of a recurring meeting to understand persistent communication dynamics
  • Identifying your busiest days to plan when to schedule demanding tasks versus lighter work

Tips

Check CalendarIQ before your first meeting each day. A quick review of the pre-meeting insights can meaningfully improve how you communicate with attendees, especially in high-stakes or cross-functional meetings.

Use the Weekly Report as a reflection tool. At the end of the week, review who you spent the most time with, how balanced your schedule was, and whether your self-blocked time was sufficient. Over time, these patterns reveal important insights about how you spend your energy.

Pay attention to the "Top 4 People" section. If the people you meet with most frequently have very different Wethos Styles from yours, XO's behavioral coaching becomes especially valuable for maintaining strong communication.

Connect your calendar early. CalendarIQ's value compounds over time as it builds a picture of your scheduling patterns and provides increasingly contextualized behavioral insights.
