Activate an expired account status (Admin)

1.       Choose your Admin view

2.    Identify the member with an Account Status listed as expired

3.   Click View Status

4. Click Extend expiry- giving your member the opportunity to reactive their account

5. Member will receive an email from no-reply@wethos.ai and have 14-days to active their account using the link
